Day 5.
30 Aug 2008
The first week of school is over!
My classes went over pretty well, today.
I'm vaguely sure that I failed my Geometry test...
But thatssokay.

We also had our 'first' football game! It was sort of lonely not being able to sit around anyone, but there were some great memories.
Like, when the battery was practicing, we all came in and were singing our parts. The whole band!
Or, when #20 on the other team wussed out when the ball came near him.

The best part, I must say, would have had to have been the ride back.
True as it is, I was tired... But having Mom lay next to/on me was really relaxing.
The way that our sides sort of contorted to fit the angles of the other...
It appeared Emily and Grant were being sort of buddy-buddy, too.

When we got off the bus, I was finally able to say 'hi' to my little Ducky.
I feel like I haven't seen her in forever, my girl.

Day 4.
29 Aug 2008
I've started to adjust a little more to school and what not...
I'm glad the week is almost over.

How's that for a post?

Day 3.
28 Aug 2008
Today was verrry slow.

First period.
Eh.
Second period.
Eh.
Third period.
*doze*
Fourth period.
Better.

Marching band was a little quicker,
but I was off my game.
(band+offgame=suckage)

Well, I'll start from the not-really beginning.

Woke up- tired.
Went to school- tired.
Lay kepele- tired.
...
you get my drift.

Uh, well, nothing
really exciting, I guess.

I saw Kiwi and Keyoka.

Last 'B' day, I started that project with Sam;
I can't wait to finish that up.

----

I made a new Maple account.
I'm going to see if I can get
Anthony to play.
That way we can hang out on the weekends,
even if we can't formally see eachother.

Day 2.
27 Aug 2008
Today I decided to be creative. I pressed doze.
Not really. I just reset the alarm because I don't have a doze
(stupid alarm clock).

Well, lets take a tour of my classes.

First up is PAP Biology.
My teacher seems pretty cool.
He's the kind of person who would rather
be up and doing something fun rather
than reading from a text book.
I always find those teachers to be really
good. Another plus, he's a freakin' lovechild
of Mr. Burke and Mr. Peterson. He had better
be good.

Second, I have PAP World Geography.
Eh. That's all I had to say about the
beginning of class. But I've changed my
mind. He seems pretty cool, too!
We learned about Zimbabwe and its
economy in the new age. Did you know
that it cost 600 Million ZMD to buy one
loaf of bread? Well, to any unsuspecting
reader, that might sound like a lot. For
a world traveler like me, not as exciting.
But, still nice to know.
By the end of class it felt like I had
learned everything about ZM that I ever
needed to know (although, that's far from
true).

Third is band. Hoorah. I almost fell asleep.
I kept dozing in and out...
(Sorry if it looked like I was in a bad mood.
I wasn't. I was just really out of it.)
I'm going to start eating 7-10 minute lunches
to have some time to sleep.

Fourth is PAP English. I completely fell in love
with this class. I got to show off my talents within
the first 10 minutes. It's going to be exciting.
To start, I can tell I'm going to do good, because
this teacher doesn't do any of those multiple-answer/
true or false/ connect the answer kind of things.
She's completely into the "literary analysis" sort
of questions. Which, by the way, are one of my
strongest answering... things. The only problem
is that I hope I don't write /too/ much.
Anywho, we started the class with a journal and
group project. I decided to work with Sami just
to keep it simple.
WARNING: WHEN PAIRING STUDENTS, BE CAUTIOUS
OF THE HARI/SHIGY DUO. THEY'RE GOOD.
We totally flew through all of the questions
with the best sentence structure the teach had seen
all day. (Whoot, I wrote them all!)
The last "question" was for us to draw an emblem
for the 'Dragon Army.' As expected, I kicked Sami
out of the desk and completely flew. I wasn't even
finished and a bunch of people were watching over
my shoulder to see the drawing.
Teehee.

(Le`Gasp!!! I *teehee*ed!!! ARGGG what is this world coming to?!?)

To finish this exciting day, how about a picture of my dinner?

Day 1.
26 Aug 2008
Last night was painful. I couldn't fall asleep due to my unusual amount of paranoia. I turned the radio on, but it didn't help in the least. Deciding the room was giving off bad energy, I fell asleep in the game room. At est. 2:30, I retired to the downstairs couch to be awaken at 3:40 by my father (who was leaving). My alarm went off at 6:00, and I paced around in wait of the sun to come up to start my day.
http://i59.servimg.com/u/f59/12/89/42/58/th/day1_010.jpg

I left the house at 7:40 unable to contain myself. Waiting at the bus stop, I finished my dot book (Which is probably what I'll do tomorrow, too.). I saw my little sister, Jamie, and my friend, Hong. We mingled until the bus came.
Let me start by saying I don't mind busses in the least. But-- I do mind busses when I'm having to sit with the person who tried his hand at me. Thankfully, the ride was rather short.

I entered the school, and to my disappointment, discovered that I had to walk to the other side of the school in order to get to the band hall. The first face I saw entering the cafeteria... Peter. Not a sight I wanted to see... in fact, I made sure of that throughout the rest of the day; although I did see John Blue. I would have waved 'hi,' but I needed to get to class. Anywho, I got to my band locker and deposited what I needed to. (I saw Ki, KK and Momo. Momo decided to walk with me since we both needed to get our schedules.) Coming out of the band hall, and in to the back hall, I saw my new 'people.' (Anthony, Ashley, Grant, etc.) My mind at that moment one-track, I stepped up to Mom and asked if he would be my boyfriend. I don't really know what the details are of the situation. But he happily replied 'Yes.' I need to teach him that I'm one of the most laid-back people, and that if you want to tell me something, just say it. Remember that...
Momo must have been in shock. "That's an interesting way to start your day, huh?" I asked her, "One of your best friends randomly going up to someone you don't know and asking if they'd be your (my) boyfriend... odd." She laughed.
We got our schedules (which took forever). Nothing else needing to be said at this moment.

Alrightie. So first period I'm looking around, desperately trying to find this class, right?! I can't find it because I'm stupid. The teacher I asked for help doesn't know where it is, because she's stupid. But nice (so it equals out). We eventually find the class (BCIS) among the English (LA) rooms (what's up with that?!?).

I got the orientation for the class. She seems easy-going. We can have gum and music and stuff like that. I'm pissed I have to take the class since I took it in 6th grade, but oh well. It should be interesting. I have the class with meh buddy-y, Chris-ah. Yah... well, after that I have Spanish. He's in that class with me, too. We also have a class together tomorrow. It's nice to have one friend in the class.

So! Spanish!... Is interesting. We only have about 4-5 freshman in the class. As a fact I already took Spanish I, but quit in 8th grade Otherwise, It's all sophomores and juniors and stuuf. After orientation we had a bunch of free time so we put on Soulja Boy and the students were doing the dance. I, sitting in the front row, had to endure several hip-hop moves much to my "excitement".
Fun, fun.

After Spanish was band. Oooh. Band. Exciting. Not really, we have 'A' Lunch. So we ate lunch... then band. Oooh. Band. Exciting.

Last period is PAP Geometry. I don't have an opinion of that class, yet.

Oh, yes, and I forgot to mention, all of my classes are as far apart as they can get. I'll try to post a picture of a map sooner or later.

After school I had marching band until 6:30. Warning: Bring a change of clothes. May be helpful.
Yes... wish I had read the warning label. Oh well, it was stupid of me to forget.
(shrug)

So tired/thirsty Hari climbed into the car and when arriving at home ate a feast.
Yesh...

(Hari's feast: Rice, vegetables, and tilapia.. yum!)
((Yes, I take pictures of my food)

Then she did some homework and wrote this after finding out about this video:

Have fun!

Signed,
The Hari
